Capital Efficiency of Risk Finance Programs
The project included the use of decision support analytics to determine the appropriate risk treatment of both individual risks and a portfolio of risks. It also included the evaluation of risk finance structures against self insurance.
Captive Strategy: Reduce Expense-Increase Revenue
The assignment was to reduce health care claims costs resulting from an organizations employee medical health plan. Several options were provided to the client including a captive based solutions that lowered costs, reduced the reliance on the ESL market and helped the client to identify large claim trends.
COMPLEX CLAIMS MANAGEMENT
The team worked a large multi-state employer to secure insurance claim recoveries for the business interruption loss of a complex ransomware event. This included working the forensic accountant and the finance team to ensure that the appropriate financial metrics were collected in order to recover much needed monies in a timely manner. The engagement also included the management of vendors throughout the event including forensics, recovery and legal consultants.
